Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Specialist of Product Sourcing to join our team and help us bring the best possible products to our clients. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing multiple projects and working collaboratively with the team in Supply Chain. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or related areas. You should also possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. An understanding of international supply chain dynamics is a plus. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential sources of products that meet Hanso quality, cost, and lead time requirements
  2. Negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and delivery times on quotation
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  5. Monitor market trends and identify potential new product sources
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on product sourcing activities
  7. Remain up to date with industry developments and best practices
  8. Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
  9. Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
  10. Develop processes and procedures to ensure efficient product sourcing operations

  2. Skilled in google share, Excel, Source reports
  3. Strong partnership and relationship building skills both internal and external
