Job Summary:
The Projects/Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects using ClickUp as the primary project management tool. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, track progress, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and experience with different project management methodologies (lean, scrum, agile, CPM) and possess advanced proficiency in ClickUp.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong process for how projects are being run at the company, department, and cross-department levels.
- Help to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using ClickUp.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
- Create and maintain project documentation, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities within ClickUp.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress using ClickUp's task management features.
- Track project budget, expenses, and resource utilization in ClickUp.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders using ClickUp reports and dashboards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues using ClickUp's collaboration and communication features.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among team members, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration within ClickUp.
- Stay updated with ClickUp's features and updates, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English, and able to work within the EU timezone.
- Proven experience as a project manager, product manager, scrum master, or similar positions and successfully delivering projects using ClickUp.
- Strong theoretical background in Project management methodologies like Scrum, agile, lean, and similar is a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of implementations of different methodologies and best practices based on the business needs of ClickUp.
- Advanced proficiency in using ClickUp, including task management, project planning, and reporting features.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
