The Sales Closer will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers while meeting and exceeding sales goals. Is that you?

π Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with potential clients to comprehend their needs and preferences.
- Offering solutions that are in sync with clientsβ expectations and financial capabilities.
- Employing CRM tools for relationship management, sales activity tracking, and maintaining a client and prospect database.
- Consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Fostering relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Participating in sales meetings and addressing customer inquiries.
- Providing comprehensive information to assist clients in informed decision-making.
𧩠Your Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Inbound and Outbound Sales, or Account Management.
- At least 5 yearsβ experience in the B2C market, preferably in the home improvement eCommerce space, retail, or a related field.
- Proficiency in understanding building materials, DIY construction, gardening construction, or furniture.
- Extensive experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, lead nurturing, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools like Asana, ClickUp, etc., and Google Workspace products.
- Ability to work across different time zones, primarily in the EST time zone.
