πŸš€ Job Responsibilities

  • Engaging with potential clients to comprehend their needs and preferences.
  • Offering solutions that are in sync with clients’ expectations and financial capabilities.
  • Employing CRM tools for relationship management, sales activity tracking, and maintaining a client and prospect database.
  • Consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Fostering relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Participating in sales meetings and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Providing comprehensive information to assist clients in informed decision-making.

🧩 Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Inbound and Outbound Sales, or Account Management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the B2C market, preferably in the home improvement eCommerce space, retail, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in understanding building materials, DIY construction, gardening construction, or furniture.
  • Extensive experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, lead nurturing, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools like Asana, ClickUp, etc., and Google Workspace products.
  • Ability to work across different time zones, primarily in the EST time zone.
