Job Summary:

The Influencer Marketing Manager develops and executes influencer marketing strategies, builds relationships with influencers, attends networking events, curates content, researches industry trends, and collaborates with the marketing team. They negotiate deals, measure ROI, and stay updated on emerging trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
  • Develop content ideas and write and curate content.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and maintain high-level growth returns.
  • Build and maintain reports, conduct data analysis, and measure KPIs and ROI.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the influencer marketing space.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies, and building marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with influencers, and high-profile networking.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing and digital marketing industry.
  • Great time management skills, and project management skills.
  • Team player, high Emotional Intelligence, and Critical thinking.
  • Experience within US, Canada, UK, and Australia markets and influencers.
  • Able to within EU and US timezones.
