π The Opportunity:
As an Appointment Setter at HeadX, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our Closer team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of HeadX by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into our sales pipeline.
π Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach:
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for Closers using scheduling software or systems.
- Ensure efficient management of appointments and optimal allocation of Closer resources.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and scheduled appointments.
- Update and organize contact information within the company's CRM database.
- Communication and Follow-up:
- Confirm appointments with clients and provide them with necessary pre-meeting information.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments and gather feedback post-appointment.
- Product/Service Knowledge:
- Gain a solid understanding of HeadX's products or services to effectively communicate benefits to prospects.
- Address basic inquiries and provide initial information about our offerings.
- Collaboration with Closer Team:
- Work closely with the Closer team to coordinate appointments and align strategies.
- Share relevant information with Closers to facilitate a seamless transition from appointment setting to closing.
- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on appointment-setting activities, outcomes, and metrics.
- Discuss results and strategies with supervisors to identify areas for improvement.
- Adherence to Policies and Guidelines:
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Customer Service Orientation:
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all prospects.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Seek opportunities for improvement in appointment-setting techniques and processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and scheduling tools preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
